What kind of paper do you use?
We are committed to providing a substantial, quality product which is why we use only 100# card stock. Designs available in the Specials section are printed on high quality photo paper.
Are envelopes included in my order?
Yes. High quality white or cream envelopes will be included with your order depending on the design you choose.
Do you offer different finishes?
All designs that include photos will be printed with a glossy finish to ensure the highest quality and clarity. All other designs may be printed using matte or satin finishes as indicated in the design description.
When will I receive my proof?
An email including your personally designed proof will be sent to you within two business days. Please be sure to provide a working email address at the time of your order and check spam filters to ensure delivery of your proof.
When will I receive my order?
Once you approve the proof of your design, processing time (not including shipping) will typically require 5-6 business days. Please keep in mind that the processing time for your order will be lengthened by the amount of time you require to proof your order.
What method of shipping do you use?
We ship orders by U.S. Postal 2 Day Express service.
What happens if I do not approve my email proof within 7 days?
A proof of your chosen design will be personally created by one of our designers and will be emailed to you within two business days. If you have not approved the design within seven days after your proof has been emailed, we will assume that you are pleased with your proof and will begin the printing process. Please keep in mind that the processing time for your order will be lengthened by the amount of time you require to proof your order.
What if I see a mistake on my proof?
If you discover a mistake, please note your desired changes when replying to your proof email. One of our designers will make the necessary changes and send you a revised proof by email within two business days. Any further changes that you require after you receive the second proof may be subject to additional fees.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not provide refunds for errors due to customer input mistakes or for orders that did not receive approval within the seven day allotted proofing time. In the case of a For Keeps Design error, please contact us within 30 days and we will happily fix the error. You will then be asked to return the product in its entirety and we will ship you the corrected order.
What methods of payment do you offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Do you offer photo enhancements?
We will happily turn photos to black and white or sepia for no additional fee. Simply indicate this request in the Additional Comments or Instructions box when personalizing your design.
What if I want to order one of the designs in a different color?
If your chosen design is not available in your desired color, please refer to our Color Chart. You may choose one of these colors for no additional charge. Please indicate this choice at the time of your order.
Will you print return addresses on envelopes?
Return address printing is offered for all designs and you will have the option to indicate this choice when ordering. Return addresses will be printed in black ink on the back flap of the envelope and will match the typestyle used in the design you ordered.
